Password recovery
If you have lost the password of your account, then you can request your password to be reset. To reset the password of your account, you must have access to the email associated with your account. If you don't have access to the email of your account, then we are unable to verify that you are the owner of the account and we won't be able to reset the password of the account.
Send password recovery e-mail
To reset the password of your account, we need to send you an e-mail, to verify that you are the owner of the account. If an account with the provided email exists, we will send an email containing a link to reset your password.
