How does on-demand billing work?
With on-demand pricing, you’re charged only while your Minecraft server is online. When it’s offline, there’s no cost—aside from minimal storage and backup fees. If you typically play just a few hours a day, this model can save you significantly compared to fixed monthly plans.
No more paying for idle time. We list prices hourly, but billing is calculated with second-level precision—so you’re never overcharged.
How does the monthly price work?
You’re billed at the on‑demand rate whenever your server is online, up to the monthly plan limit. Once you reach that cap, no further charges apply for the rest of the calendar month, regardless of usage. Please note that storage and backups are billed separately.
How is storage billed?
Servers are only billed while online, so storage is charged separately to account for ongoing data retention.
Storage is billed daily based on your average usage, measured in MB/hour. The typical cost is approximately 10 credits per GB per month, based on a 730.5-hour month. Actual costs may vary depending on the number of hours in each calendar month.
This storage fee includes 7 daily backups at no additional cost—giving you peace of mind and reliable protection.
How are backups billed?
All paid plans includes 7 daily backups at no extra charge—these are covered by your storage costs.
If you opt for additional backups, they’re billed daily based on your average usage, measured in MB/hour. The typical cost is around 2 credits per GB per month, assuming a 730.5-hour month. Actual costs may vary slightly depending on the number of hours in each calendar month.
Can I swap plans as my needs change?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, including switching between paid tiers. However, please note that downgrading from a paid tier to the free tier is not supported.
Is the free plan permanent or just a trial?
No trial here—your free server stays free. Upgrade anytime, or never at all.
Which Minecraft editions are supported?
We support both Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft Bedrock Edition servers. However, auto-start on player connect is currently only available for Java Edition. For Bedrock servers, you’ll need to start the server manually from your dashboard.
Can my Minecraft server run 24/7?
Paid plans offer 24/7 uptime, but our on-demand pricing helps you save by only running the server when it's needed.
How many concurrent players does my server support?
We don’t cap the number of players on your server, so you’re free to invite as many friends as you like. While Minecraft servers default to a 20-player limit, you can easily adjust this in your server configuration to suit your needs.
Which regions do you host Minecraft servers in?
Our servers are currently hosted in Europe, North America, Singapore, India and Australia, ensuring fast and reliable access across major regions. We're actively expanding—more locations will be added soon!
