These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the PowerupStack affiliate program. They supplement the PowerupStack Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining the program, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Affiliate Terms.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have an active PowerupStack account, provide accurate information, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity through your account and affiliate codes. Participation is discretionary and PowerupStack may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation as allowed by these Affiliate Terms.
2. Affiliate codes and attribution
You may create multiple affiliate codes and customize their identifying text, subject to availability and technical rules. PowerupStack sets each code’s commission percentage, referred-user bonus, qualification period, and status. You may not alter or misrepresent those terms.
A referral is attributed when a new user registers with a valid affiliate code, including a code remembered from an affiliate link. Attribution does not move between affiliates after registration. Deactivating or renaming a code prevents or changes future signup attribution but does not remove the agreed qualification period from users already attributed through that code. Purchases qualify only during that period and while the affiliate account remains active.
PowerupStack may reject self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, fraud, abuse, transactions that are not genuine, or attempts to manipulate attribution.
3. Rewards and referred-user bonuses
Qualifying purchases may generate:
- a credit reward for the affiliate based on the purchased credits; and
- additional PowerupStack credits for the referred user.
The dashboard displays the applicable percentage and duration for each code. Unless PowerupStack sets different terms, a new code provides a 10% affiliate reward and a 10% referred-user credit bonus on qualifying purchases during the first 90 days after registration.
4. Credit-only payouts
All affiliate rewards are paid only as PowerupStack account credits. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred outside supported account features, converted to fiat currency, or paid through a bank, card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or any other monetary method.
Payouts are processed weekly when eligible rewards meet the minimum payout shown in the dashboard. The default minimum is 500 credits, but PowerupStack may configure a different threshold. Rewards that do not meet the threshold remain pending.
Rewards are delayed for the period shown in the dashboard—normally 14 days—to account for refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. A refund, reversal, fraud determination, or chargeback cancels the related pending reward. If the reward was already credited, PowerupStack will deduct it from the affiliate’s credit balance. This can result in a negative credit balance.
A payout email is sent only when credits are actually paid.
5. Truthful marketing and brand presentation
Your promotion must be honest, current, and distinguishable from official PowerupStack communications.
You must not:
- claim to be PowerupStack, its employee, agent, or exclusive representative;
- make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or confusing claims about PowerupStack, its pricing, availability, performance, features, rewards, or competitors;
- use spam, unsolicited messages, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, fake reviews, impersonation, or misleading domains;
- bid on or misuse PowerupStack trademarks in a way that creates confusion;
- target unlawful content or audiences, infringe rights, or violate a platform’s rules; or
- present the PowerupStack brand in a harmful, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate manner.
Logos and other materials provided in the affiliate dashboard may be used only to promote PowerupStack under these Affiliate Terms. You may resize them proportionally but may not materially alter them or imply endorsement of unrelated products.
6. Brand protection and termination
Misrepresentation, poor or misleading presentation of the brand, or conduct that may harm PowerupStack, its users, services, reputation, security, or business may result in code deactivation, withheld or reversed rewards, suspension, or immediate termination from the affiliate program.
PowerupStack may also terminate participation for fraud, abuse, breach of these Affiliate Terms, legal or regulatory risk, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the program. On termination, affiliate codes stop qualifying new activity. Invalid, fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or not-yet-eligible rewards may be cancelled. Any treatment of valid matured rewards remains subject to the credit-only payout rules and applicable law.
You may stop participating by deactivating your codes and contacting support.
7. Independent relationship and taxes
You participate as an independent party. Nothing creates employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind PowerupStack. You are responsible for your marketing costs, compliance obligations, and any taxes or reporting that may apply to benefits you receive.
8. Program changes and availability
PowerupStack may change code terms, thresholds, delays, qualification rules, materials, or these Affiliate Terms for future activity. Material updated terms may require renewed acceptance. The dashboard is the source for current code terms.
The program, tracking, dashboard, and materials are provided subject to availability. PowerupStack does not guarantee referrals, purchases, rewards, audience response, uninterrupted tracking, or any level of earnings.
9. Records, enforcement, and corrections
PowerupStack’s transaction and attribution records control unless you demonstrate a clear error. PowerupStack may investigate activity, request reasonable supporting information, correct calculation or tracking errors, and reverse credits issued by mistake. You must cooperate with reasonable fraud, compliance, and brand-safety reviews.
10. General terms
The liability, warranty, dispute, governing-law, and other general provisions in the PowerupStack Terms of Service apply to the affiliate program where relevant. If these Affiliate Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on an affiliate-specific issue, these Affiliate Terms control for that issue.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign participation without written permission from PowerupStack.
