PowerupStackA Minecraft server ban is controlled by that server's owner or moderation team. PowerupStack cannot remove a ban issued by someone who runs a server on the platform.
If you are a banned player
- Read the disconnect message and note the stated reason.
- Find the server's website, Discord, or other official contact method.
- Follow its ban-appeal process. Include your Minecraft username, the approximate ban date, and a concise explanation.
- Wait for the moderation team to respond. Avoid repeated messages or attempts to bypass the ban, as these may hurt your appeal.
If you were banned from a server you own, sign in to the hosting panel and use the server console to remove the ban.
If you own the server
Run this command in the console, replacing <player> with the player's username:
pardon <player>
For an IP ban, use:
pardon-ip <address>
You can view current bans with banlist and banlist ips. Restarting the server is not normally required.
Still unable to join?
Confirm that the player is not also blocked by a whitelist, plugin, proxy, or third-party moderation system. Those systems may maintain their own ban lists and commands.
