How to verify my email

Why email verification matters

Verifying your email ensures you can receive important messages and prevents typos or misuse. Some features of our service require a verified email to function properly.

Steps to verify your email

1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Click Resend Verification Email. A verification email will be sent to your registered address.
3. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for the email.
4. Click the verification link in the email to complete the process.

Troubleshooting: Not receiving the email?

• Check your spam or junk folder and mark the message as Not Spam to improve future delivery.
• Confirm noreply@powerupstack.com is not blocked or filtered by your email provider.
• Add noreply@powerupstack.com to your contacts — this increases the chance of successful delivery.

If you still don’t receive the email, contact us at support@powerupstack.com with the subject line Email verification. We can manually verify your email, though this process may take a few business days.
